Sour cream Directions- Preheat oven to 375°f Cut peppers, Onion, and Chicken into strips. Put on to a sheet pan, toss with olive oil, minced garlic and fajita seasoning. Squeeze a lime on top. Cook for 20 minutes, check about half way to toss the peppers and chicken. Check the internal temperature of Chicken. Once your chicken is cooked take it out. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper and cilantro. Heat your tortillas in some foil in the oven. Top your Chicken fajitas with sour cream.
